The Principle of Operation For Compactor Garbage Truck

The compression mechanism consists of pressure plate welded with steel plate and channel steel, guide wheel and oil cylinder seat, etc., which is driven by oil cylinder to compress the garbage in the hopper into the box. Compression cycle time: ≤ 25-30S, compression density: 0.6-0.8ton/m3.

The unloading mechanism is composed of unloading oil cylinder and unloading push plate, which is welded by steel plate and bracket, positioned by guide groove, and pushed by oil cylinder to unload garbage. The unloading time is ≤ 40s.
